Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation

    3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–6 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before the printing or production process begins.

Once an order enters production, no cancellation, modification, refund, or exchange request shall be accepted.

    5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

    6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Any claim regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and full unboxing process is mandatory for claim verification. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.

    7. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur due to photography, display settings, or production processes and shall not be considered defects.

    8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
